Step 1: Initial Planning and Data Collection

We set expectations and pricing ahead of time to eliminate unexpected costs, answer your questions, and clearly identify any issues before proceeding. Your BallotBoxOnline project manager will gather the required data, including:

Your Logo for fully branded ballots
Photos, Images, or hyperlinks to existing web pages about candidates or topics for maximum voter awareness
Voter List(s), which are key details about your voters. (And we can help if yours is incomplete.)

Step 2: Design and Test Your Ballot

Select Ballot from our library of industry-standard ballots, or design your own
Finalize Questions - add candidates, issues, and answer options
Select Poll Officers - Trusted individuals that will protect data security and poll integrity
Run Test Ballot - confirm the questions, design, and reporting by deploying a test to a small group within your organization

Step 3: Deploy Poll, and Then Report Results

BallotBoxOnline manages the ballot deployments and gathers the results with complete data security, anonymity, and voter authentication.
